Currently following a recipe for banana bread and I hit this little gem: “Beat sugar and eggs with a whisk until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes.” Back it up. Ain’t no way. I don’t care what it does to the recipe. I’d need a few more days in the gym a week (more than the current “zero”) to pull that off.
